Using Quick Books v10.0 to record, Maintain, reconcile the accounts as per the requirement.
• Maintaining SOPs of all related matters.
• Managing tax activities, GST, GST withheld, Income tax withheld, on all purchase and sale invoices.
• Responsible for account payables, track receipt of bills in time and accuracy, receive items accordingly, which ends up in tracking the inventory and stock of the company.
• Preparation of sale invoices and track account receivables. Make necessary arrangements in time for collecting aging receivables.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts on monthly basis.
• Track of pending purchase invoices, and file tax return in time.
• Track of all sales tax and purchase tax invoices.
• Track of all non sales tax sales and purchase invoices.
• Maintaining day book and book keeping make sure all entries to be posted in respected account heads.
• Preparation of balance sheet and trial balance manually as required by the CEO.
• Managing the accounts department of all sub companies, book keeping and payroll of all.
• Responsible for day to day, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, yearly reconciliation of bank accounts including all successor companies.
• Budgeting and costing in co-ordination with engineering department at times of construction projects, making it sure to stop wastages in terms of materials and time.
• Purchasing of material for construction projects, quality controls where necessary. Maintain the visitors register up-to date at project site.
