Hourly pay.
Person hired will agree to send video of their recorded screen session so we can check you are actually doing the work and making the adjustments when the excel bugs out or when you need to enter a human verification code in between scraps. If you wish do this work then you must be available to do a few hours now, and then we can look to give you more work after.
