we’re looking to hire an administrative assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone with a welcoming attitude, great organizational skills, and an openness to learn on the job. Primary Job Responsibilities Include: -Welcoming patients, collecting personal information, and check-in for appointments. -Processing insurance into office database. -Collect payment and updated paperwork. -Contact patients for scheduling for office visits -Relay lab reports and appointment follow up details -Address general office inquiries -Maintain the office appearance Working hours are Mon, to Friday, . Previous experience working in the medical field and / or office setting is a plus. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
