We need an expert of Microsoft Excel to help us edit our company quotation/offer template in excel.

We want to create a quotation/offer template in excel in order to make unique quotations for our clients fast and easy! The idea is to create a "dictionary" will all our products, that include product description, standard images, sizes, prices and other parameters. After we have created this lets say "products dictionary" we want to easily copy-paste selected products from this dictionary and import them to the excel quotation template so to create a unique quotation each time directed to the specific client, with the specific products this client want.
We have already created a sample excel template for the quotation with our designer which fits 5 products. Now we want to import a stable background image into this excel template and then we want some expert help into editing and formatting the cells of the excel template that way so the copy-paste of products from the "product dictionary" will be easy and fast for every user. We need the data of each product(description, price, size etc) to be editable but within special forms and margins for each excel cell so the result will be uniform and pretty for every quotation/offer we create. Also we want some expert help to create the "product dictionary" properly with all the info we want.
This is our idea for the excel template we want for our quotations. We want a professional template, that is easy to use and create a professional, uniform and pretty result for each quotation, without depriving from the user the ability of customizing the date of each product used. We want a simple and easy to use quotation template.
We have our own designer that creates all the graphics and help with the design.
We want the excel expert to turn the ideas into reality.
