We are starting a new business. We need hundreds of word doc template branded to our logo for following.
1. HR Process - Interview, Background checklist, onabording, offer letter, Bonu Letter, Mentorship, Exit Interview, Progression, Balanced Scorecard, Salary Calculation excel, Tax Calculation
2. Sales - CDA, NDA, Proposal, ROI model , Invoice templtae -xls and word; Company Introduction,
3. Finance - Procurement, Investnment tracking, Cost tracking, P&L, Account mgmt,
4. Service - Service Request Register, KPI monitoring, Partner Agreement, Service Ageement, T&Cs
5. Supply Chain and logistics - Bill of material, lading, transport, procurement, etc
6. Powerpoint templates - for daily business reporting needs, project mgmt, task mgmt, etc
Freelancer is expected to spend 2 days and confirm back this list of template across different business functions, recreate them to adjust to docx, pptx,xlsx, (not xls) with our logo in all of it.
We expect some 200 templates to be found and shared to us across all business activities, uniformly distributed.

I am Gretchen and have been a VA in an Australian Property Management company for more than two years now and one of my tasks is lead generation - search into the real estate website properties that are advertised for rental and is within the area of scope and enter them into the spreadsheet. Our email tool being used is Microsoft Outlook, scheduling their inspections and other appointments through Outlook calendar, and same goes with setting tasks. Zoom & Skype is also being used when video calling and training is needed. My tasks include: sending out routine inspection notices, drawing up leases, processing of new tenant, new management, loss of management and vacating tenant checklists. I also do watermarking advertised photos using adobe photoshop and other urgent admin tasks needed.
I was web data researcher for 7 years for a B2B research company that researchers projects that are out to bid. From web data researcher I was promoted to an Auditor then to being a Supervisor. Being a supervisor, to reach out my subordinates I sent them emails and talk to them through a platform called Jabber. I created the invoice format and payroll form through Open office excel sheet. Monitored their stats by entering them into the spreadsheet as well.
Microsoft word and excel, Google documents are a few of the tools that I use on a daily basis.
