Freshdesk + PowerBI = Custom reporting

I am in need of an Experienced company that has worked previously with the Freshdesk API in order to extract and generate custom reporting in Power BI. We'll provide: - The VM environment on which Power BI will be installed. - Access to Freshdesk API for the data/reports. - Data from a separate source which needs to be integrated into the Visual part of the report. - Samples of how we want the final results to look like. You'll provide: - Power BI setup, customization of the data into custom reports. - Reports will be composed of two parts: 1. An XLSX file with the raw data of tickets, SLA, open/close time, etc. arranged in separate tabs. 2. The second part is a Visual aspect of this data (generated with PowerBI) arranged in a graph/chart format exportable as PDF. Please provide a close estimation cost for this project. If we are happy, ongoing maintenance work will be provided to you on a regular basis. Thank you!
