Formula/Array in Excel 2013

I need a formula for a small problem.
I have a series of numbers that i need to identify firstly as an integer and then count the frequency of unique integers in the series.
To give you some examples...
39.1
39.4
39.5
40
41
the count of integers would be 3 as when the numbers are turned into whole numbers the series is as follows: 39, 39, 39, 40, 41 so there are 3 unique integers.
To give another example...
34.6
34.9
40.5
40.1
33.9
the count of integers would be 3 as the series would be 34, 34, 40, 40, 33 and there would be 3 unique integers.
It is important that this is a formula/array in a cell and NOT a VBA soultion.
