405148 VP Blog Posting Blog Creation

Hi there

I'm looking for someone who can help me out with my website. This will be ongoing work and the right person will also be helping me with the next 2 sites I launch.

The site is a WPMU and I have 100 individual blogs within the site as well as the info on the site itself.

I have customers (Australian businesses) that have a membership which gives them a blog within my site. The industry I work with is hobby based and a great bunch of mostly women.

So here's what I need...

1.) My customers send their newsletters and information to me that they want updated onto their blogs. The information needs to be put on their individual blogs following a system that I will supply you. It's really very simple and shouldn't take more than 10 or 15 minutes per blog post. We also check the customers own websites (if applicable) and get any updates from there and put on the blogs. This is mostly copy and paste work, but obviously there are times when a bit of editing will be involved. An image from the Media Gallery on their blog will be used in each blog post too.

This is ongoing work.

For the blog posts part I'm looking for a 'per blog post' price

2.) Creating the blogs when a customer joins. This is really a matter of following the system that I supply you - both on video and in pdf.

It involves

* registering a domain name for the client

* setting up the hosting

* adding a file to the domain

* creating the blog

* create 3 pages and one post

* adding some images and text (all supplied)

* enter data in a number of different places on the website

* send an email to customers confirming their blog creation

There are between 3 to 8 new blogs each week to be created. This portion of work will probably slow right down at the end of June 2010 - but other work will replace it.

For the blog creation process I'm looking for a 'per blog' price.

3.) Email / direct mail / phone social groups in my industry, inviting them to activate a free blog within my site. The industry I work in LOVES what I offer so there's no hard sell here - working with some of the nicest women in the country lol. This is basically just getting the word out to the people who are obsessed about this hobby.

The email / direct mail / phone social groups this would be a price for the whole project - the price for this can be negotiated once I find the right person for 1 & 2 above

4.) Research. I will need to find people/business and compile a database.

Again this price can be negotiated.

I'd like one person to be able to help out with all the above which is why I listed it all - so you get a feel for the kind of work involved.

That's probably it for the moment, though there's plenty more swimming around in my head of things that need to get done, so as I said this is ongoing work.
