Looking for someone to join our digital agency to help with customer service email. The expectation is for you to be responsive to emails 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday Eastern Time Zone. You will be mostly replying to customer questions to make sure they know they are heard, make sure to pass the request to the development team, and just do general follow up with customers to make sure they are happy. You MUST be very comfortable in casual english.
