Hello, I'm currently a full time sales associate in a small town/family owned gift shop (in Michigan). I have excellent interpersonal skills. If customers need assistance with anything in the store, I'm there for them; including any complaints, I help resolve the issues. I help the owners with any technological questions and with keeping their system running smoothly. I'm consistently checking on their day-to-day activity and checking inventory to see what products are selling best; researching why they are the best sellers, in order to figure out how best to sell other products that could be seen as weak in the shop. I truly enjoy keeping tabs on products and I believe this passion will spill over into what you're looking for.
