help me in building a form like a shoping cart (html css js)

i want to make selling form like JIO MART WHATSAPP which include all my grocery items {you just add one product i will copy the code for rest} from where user can select no of item with plus and minus button to add product instead of add to cart or buy now button ofcourse buy button is in last to proceed and buy {like JIOMART WHATSAPP same copy}
Task is very simple it hardly takes 1 hour to make the form need a little bit of help in this project. Please help. My budget is small
