13623 CSS Template Creation Needed

I require a fully cross browser compliant template to be created using XTML and CSS. This is purely a coding exercise, no design input is necessary, all the images will be supplied in any format required. I have attached a jpeg of the layout which consists of 5 boxes a header, footer, login box, menu box and content box. The header, footer and login box will remain the same shape and size thought the entire site, but the menu box and content box will need to expand vertically to accommodate varying amounts of navigation buttons and content. Each of the boxes must have the rounded corners and drop shadows shown, which can be supplied as sliced up jpegs as required. I only need a one page template created that I can duplicate for the other pages on the site and control the styles from the separate CSS file. Will be many more of this type of project so looking to work with somone long term in the future.
