CRE Loaded Project Tweaks

I have a few final tweaks to a CRE Loaded site that I need done as quickly as possible! Here is a list of what we need complete - it is not a lot: 1) Remove left sidebar from home page only 2) Change out existing navigation to drop down navigation that pulls from product/category area in admin (currently it is hard coded to the [login to view URL]) - existing separation graphic must remain 3) Setup shipping for various regions based on costs and regions I supply 4) Add existing select by size feature in sidebar to the product listing page so customers can see specific sizes for the category/brand they select (so if they choose a brand from the left sidebar.....when the products appear, the sizes dropdown will appear above the listings so they can choose a size for JUST that category. The maximum budget for this is $100. MUST have CRE experience and must be able to complete within 24 hours
