Hi there,
I am looking to create a proposal to undertake a significant research effort within the Australian aged care system. This will be a multi-year effort by a FTE research resource.
I am well versed in writing reports, whitepapers etc, but have never had the need to create a winning, no-brainer proposal to perform research on behalf of a government agency. Have you?
Pragmatically speaking... I only need someone to review / copyright / re-write a draft document I've written, which is only a couple of pages long. This is just a teaser to generate interest which we intend to send to a number of health / aged care agencies. However - just as important is some advice / direction on how to approach this proposal... even in terms of writing the approach email etc.
