I have bought a quite popular free web hosting web portal with about 2000 subscribers. I think it is too quite there. I am looking for a professional able to design and implement a scum campaign in the internet bringing as many as possible new subscribers and making its name (only 4 letter easy to pronounce domain) known throughout the internet.

You should have experience in such kind of advertisement and give predictable results. Everything should be legal. No victims of any sort, only noise, gossips, press releases ... you know better.
