Short story writing

I am looking for someone to do some writing for my new game. I need the following story written in 3-4paragraphs. Each paragraph should be around 120-180 words. I know this isn 't much, but I don't want to bore the game players. This text will scroll on screen while a voiceover is playing, so the writing style should be fit for spoken language.

I need this to sound like a typical fairy tale. Something like "Once upon a time, in a land far far away... etc"

Here's the story in short:

*A long time ago there was an alchemist. He was working for the king of a big realm. His task was to find a way to make gold out of ordinary elements. Many years pass, but no luck. Then, disaster strikes. Becuase of an earthquake, heavy storms, and failed harvests (or whatever), the country is doing pretty bad. The king gets mad, becuase if the alchemist would have done his job properly, they would have had enough gold to cover. So he bans the alchemist out of the country. He can only return if he finds a way to make gold, and to prove it, he has to provide enough gold to rebuild all castles (8) in the kingdom. After a couple of years living seperated from his wife and kids, the alchemist returns and starts his journey at the first of the 8 castles.*

I attached a sketch of a map of the kingdom. Just to give you an idea of the style of the game.

I'm would like this to be written by a proffesional writer. Please provide references and sample work when bidding. If you are not a native english speaker, please do not bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
