The topic of the questionnaire is of your choosing, but it is for a university course so it has to be of interest to the general public and answered by at least 30 people (or generated as if 30 people answered it) and the questionnaire must be relevant to the report and the topic. Graphs for the data analysis is required. The report must be at least 7 pages and the questionnaire must be at least 3 pages. All work must be original. An example on the work that's required has been added in the attachment files.
