SEO / General website management Virtual Assistant needed I’m looking for someone to help managing our website and do some VA tasks for our newly developed ecommerce business, this job will start with 20hrs per week, and may become more permanent and longer hours if things turns out well. Tasks Include: -General VA works -SEO (pls don’t apply if you don’t have knowledge of SEO) -Product Description writing (I may just send you a photo of the product with item # and price, and expect you to search the net and come up with a unique description) -General website management -Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters ie using mailchimp -Handle product and customers database using excel ie doing a few vlookups -Design website banner and carousel using photoshop and MS publisher -Data entry -Web search Candidate must: -Have strong working knowledge of SEO (white hat only) -Be hardworking and reliable with good attention to detail -Have a strong working knowledge of HTML -Have overall skills and experience in internet marketing -Have good English communication skills both speaking and writing -Proficient in Photoshop -Basic knowedge of MS Publisher -Proficient in Google adword and Google analytics -Have a strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS *Bonus Skills and Experience: -Experience using vendhq -Experience using bigcommerce -Have knowledge of western cooking -Have experience in homeware industry -Able to work in Melbourne Australia timezone even for a few hours When applying please start with the word [blah] in your message to show you have read the description, and include thorough details of your skillsets and previous experience, along with a brief outline of the software packages you are proficient in, and development languages.
