I need a Letter of Intent for a business partnership/alliance

I need a professional writer to research and come up with a letter of intent for me. I am looking to partner with companies that sell consumer electronics, most importantly computer related electronics such as desktops and laptops. Our company wants to establish these alliances because we offer something that their customers need.

A letter of intent is not very long (no more than 4 - 6 short paragraphs), however it must be powerful and universal so that I can send it to each one of these companies that I want to do business with.

I do expect you to work with me to pull out the benefits of this partnership and help make it sound good. I know the benefits that we give to them and they give to us. The list of benefits is long and we need to work on explaining the benefits in a short way that makes them realize the importance of the alliance.
