Hello, Our company needs a team of data entry experts to complete roughly **400 records per week**. Some fields in the flat files that we give you will already be filled out, other fields will need to be filled out by you. To find the information we need, you will go to various websites corresponding to our records. There you will find the necessary information to complete each record. Fairly simple "copy and paste" work. You will need to use *Google Chrome* as your browser because some of the websites you will be visiting will not be in English. However, *Google Chrome* can quickly translate the information into English, which you will then copy and paste in the same way as you would an English language site. ## Deliverables My team needs roughly 400 records to be filled out per week. At the beginning of each week, we will send you a flat file (excel file) with limited information. Each row represents one company. Each company should have a corresponding website. If the website that we have listed is incorrect, you will have to go to Google, enter the company name, and find their website this way. You need to use *Google Chrome *as your browser because some of the sites that we direct you to will not be in English. However, *Google Chrome* can easily translate from any language to English. You will find the Exact same information mentioned below, just using *Google Chrome* to translate. It is OK if the Google Chrome translated English is not 100% perfect English. Once you have arrived at the website (most will be tax related websites like accounting firms, banks, auditors, tax consultants, etc.), you will need to find a short mission statement that briefly describes the company (1-3 sentences). Copy it, and paste it in the corresponding field on the spreadsheet titled "short description". Then, go to another page on the same site, find a more detailed description of the company. Copy and paste it into the "description" field on the spreadsheet (3-5 lines) IMPORTANT: It is important that you NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, copy more than 4 lines of text from a specific web page. You must go to different pages on the same site if you want to get more than 4 lines of text for the "description" field. You can do this by going to different pages titled "about us", "what we do", "our company at a glance..." or other similarly named sections. NOTE: if the website is not an English website, first copy and paste the Google Chrome translated english into the short description and description fields and then copy the **EXACT** SAME TEXT, this time in the site-specific language and paste it in the "short description 'french/german/italian/dutch'" and "description 'french/german/italian/dutch'" fields of the spreadsheet. Google Chrome does all the translating work for you here. Then on the site, find the number of offices, and years of experience. Put these numbers in the excel sheet under the columns "number of offices" and "years of experience".
