I am looking for a qualified person to write an e-book of approx 60- 70 pages with the content being on renovating houses for profit .. starting from what to look for in profitability ,what to avoid , getting any approval of work that maybe required from the local authority ,then the step by step make over of the process . Not looking to have any large construction work involved , only minor ie maybe new kitchen and bathroom if required or remove a wall etc and cosmetic work . A simple but informative A to Z guide of renovating a house to sell for a profit.

As I believe that the market will be mostly from the USA , I am looking for somebody with an understanding of that market or one that will research there .. The book will be written from a novice point of view , so most will be on how to out source each step , what trade comes before the other , don't have trades working over each other , are they licenced , what to look for in each quote etc , but with the view point to encourage to attempt some of the more basic steps as to save monies ie painting , cleaning up , landscaping etc . The book will be clear and simple but detailed , all the pit falls will be explained , as will the rewards ... it is to be of good quality and accurate .and very easy to understand.
