Need 15 Articles - 500-700 Words - 2 Versions - Mortgage Topics

I need 15 articles written on mortgage related topics. I will need two versions of each article written, so in total you will be delivering 20 articles. The second version of each article can be based off the same information, it just needs to be written and worded differently. I'm looking for well researched articles of about 500-700 words in length. The articles need to be original content, not just copied from another source. These articles will be run through copyscape just to be safe. I'd like the articles to be written to be interesting and informative to the reader. These articles will not have any keyword density requirements. The articles need to be written in excellent English. My preference is for a native English speaker, but offers from highly skilled non native speakers will be considered. Please submit a writing sample with this bid. (If you've worked with me in the past, you can skip this step.) The articles are "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. So I will have sole and full rights to them upon completion of payment and they must not be resold or used in any form whatsoever. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
