I have attached copies of current marketing materials that need improvements. The copy needs to be geared towards tech investors that conveys an exciting fast growing industry you are familiar with. (The Gig Economy & On Demand Workers Platform for skilled and unskilled labor in the USA) The copy needs to have a compelling story backed by statistics and data on the industry. The PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) has company overview contained on pages 8-11.....Use page 7 for idea of expenses on year 1 (Use of Proceeds Page in PPM) ie: $3,000,000 US Budget to develop and launch business....after all expenses Net Revenue of $1.23Million at the end of year 1 Net Revenue $6.38Million after year 2 Net Revenue $18.63 Million after year 3 > after all expense...be creative with exp- Net Revenue $ 47.12 Million after year 4 enses and detailed Net Revenue $ 103.67 Million after year 5 On charting of this in addition to excel spread sheet breakdown I need hockey stick graph with lower column for implied share appreciation of $1.50 after year 1 and $104.00 per share value after year 5. Attached is example of Graph Chart and Excel Spread Sheet . On Demand Platform Revenue = 65% Contingent Workforce (W-2 Temps) Revenue = 16% Long Term Contractor (1099) Placement Revenue = 14% Affiliate Revenue (Vocational Training Commisions, Ads, On Demand Affiliates) Placement Revenue = 5%
