Download DSL 4.11rc2 (which is the 2nd release candidate for version 4.11). It was released ages ago and the project has been dormant since 2012. Here's what I want you to do. 1. Setup, run, scan, enumerate, and create a report on the vulnerabilities on the system. There's definitely need to actually pentest it, You will get extra marks and you'll gain some very good experience. 2. Advise me what we need to do to secure the distribution. What needs to be updated, what needs to be scrapped, what needs to be added etc. to make it secure. You need to keep two things in mind when you make your recommendations: (a) I want to keep all of the functionality of the distribution if I can. (b) I want to keep it as close to the original 50 M as [login to view URL] you change will need to be budgeted for and justified. If you add something that will blow out the size, you might need to take something away to keep it down,You will need to present a report detailing the current state of the distro as well as your recommendations for a modified and updated distro.
