Web App for Booking System

I want to build a web app for a booking system for my massage spa. The software can be hosted on my linux hosting server with bluehost. The inputs to this booking system will be manually inputted by a receptionist when a client calls in to make a booking. We have 4 stores, so we need 4 calendars but each store receptionist shoudnt be able tp see the calendars of other stored however an admin of the stores can see all 4 calendars .
The calander should have a daily view where y axis (rows) is time (30 min apart) and x axis (colums) is massage rooms at the stores. Documents for reference will be provided. I need competent hands for this.
