Create Simple Pine Script code for trading view strategy

I have zero knowledge about script writing, but I'm hoping someone can help me out. I currently use a trading bot on Bittrex, but find it to be impossible to implement my trading strategy for crypto currencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc). I don't need an "Indicator," but I'm not sure if TV can actually conduct trades into another exchange, but that would be ideal. I would like to hire someone to create a Pine Script for the 30 minute charts for based on the following criteria: (Picture a chart with Lines at certain pre-determined trend lines) Buy Signal Manual Input When price drops to the next nearest trend line, an alert is triggered for buy *Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing up at that current candle) and a sound Each lower trend line has an X (multiplication) factor of # of positions to buy (2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x, 128x and so on) Each position is .001 BTC(bitcoin) When 1 price drop occurs, a 2x symbol and Buy signal occur on the chart *Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing up at that current candle) and a sound When 2 price drops (2 levels below original buy in) occur, a 4x symbol and Buy signal occur on the chart *Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing up at that current candle) and a sound When 3 price drop occurs, a 4x symbol and Buy signal occur on the chart *Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing up at that current candle) and a sound and so on.... probably no more than 8 price drops up to 128x positions. The chart will display a large line for the new break-even price based on # of positions divided by purchase price. This would adjust with buys/sells. The chart will display buy location and # of positions for each buy. Sell Signals When price rises 5% above Break even, *Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing up at that current candle) and a sound When price rises 10% above Break even, *Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing up at that current candle) and a sound When price rises 25% above Break even, *Signal alert will be sent via e mail and will alert onscreen with an arrow (pointing up at that current candle) and a sound
