I need someone who has long lost Cobol experience to write a simple routine to convert 2 data files (less than 2300 records total) to CSV output (I have the compiler for DOS and it will run in DOSBox on 64 bit systems ok). Similar to this: [login to view URL]

Input files will contain records which may be having Numeric data .The Numeric field data will be considered as a single string without any separator. It will against the standard to print this as a report.
