Water Rescue Team “Mascot” design

I’m in search of an artist to help create our Fire Dept Water Rescue Team a fun “mascot/logo”. I would like 2 different designs and let the team choose the winner. First idea is a scuba diver silhouette with a tough looking shark head as the head of the scuba diver. Our department has a “logo” already (titan head see below) I would like to see it on its chest like a Superman emblem. Second idea is a diver with our titan head as the head, we want him to look tough. I would like to incorporate the Dive Flag and a Maltese cross as a backdrop or something. I am not very creative so I’m open to ideas, we will carry this forward for years to come. We want it to look tough but not cheesy if that makes it sense. Thanks
