Hello, I Understand that, currently your assembly line dosen't have an Andon system. If this is true, why do you believe that you will need it after upgrading your line? .. ofcourse I'm not saying that you don't need it, but I'm trying to figure out; what is the PAIN you have (or you will have) and you expect that Andon system will eleminat? This is a key point for discussion. I'm Industrial Engineering Manager in automotive assembly industry for 10 years, with more than 17 years of total experince in manufacturing and supply chain managment.
