Windows API hooking to trace network traffic

Objective: To trace the network traffic in the plain-text format for any application running on windows via hooking [login to view URL] - URL - request body/ parameters - response body - request method I am not sure if the approach I provided is the correct one. I am new to c#/c++. If you have any alternate solution, please let me know. Note: We do not want to use any existing sniffer/analyzer present in the market i.e. Fiddler, HTTPAnalyzer, Microsoft NM, Wireshark etc. This should be a pure custom development. Requirement 1. I should able to pass multiple process id or select multiple application running on my machine. 2. Above software should able to trace all the network traffic (http/https request & response). It should be stored in a file in plain text format. No binary/hex code. 3. Must to have - URL, Request header & body, response header, and body 4. Displaying the result on UI is a plus.
