Visual Studio App Error needs fixed -- 2

We have a program designed in Visual Studio that is designed to import and export files in order to mod a game called Madden 21. Currently we are able to dump some file but we are having an issue getting the changed files to import and launch the game. Below is a link to what the app should do using a similar app and also shows the issue with our app. The first issue has been fixed to where our app actually imports the texture and will show it in app. The issue we still have is that the game won't launch with the changes made. We are pretty sure we have narrowed down what the issue is we just don't know how to fix it. Must be fluent in Visual Studio, C# and also have a knowledge of how video games work.
