Twitter follow bot

I need a Twitter bot that can follow other users followers, follow other users following and follow from a text box list. Here are some of the features that it must have:

- Deathbycaptcha in case of captcha when logging in

- Follow a users followers

- Follow accounts from a .txt file

- Multi-threaded

- Limit following to X amount per day

- Random delays between following users

- Proxy support

- Load accounts in username:password format

- Check how many followers an account has

- Send me the source code (if coded in C# or vb.net)
