MVC and Razor coding on already designed website

This site has already been designed and most of the Models have been created.
I need someone to clean up the Models (and ViewModels) and fill in the controllers and the Razor coding to finish the site.
The site was created in Visual Studio 2015 and the code is in a private repository on GitHub.
The site must use Entity Framework, code first database using SQL Server, and the site contains a public section for Users of the site, as well as an Admin section for adding and updating questions.
The questions the Users answer are dynamically generated based on the information in the tables in the database. The answers are stored in the database and an email is automatically generated and sent to the User after the questions are answered.
