We have a project that used DreamteckSplines(you can read about it on unity assets store) tool to make paths,
the problem is that the paths are determined and the car should move all the time in determined path and fixed speed
and its hard to use any physics like wheel collider because of the determined path and fixed speed, you can apply if you have any
solutions to make the car moving and jumping looks more realisitic(suspention system, flip...), maybe it could be animations or anything
