Groobitz Phase 2 - Web API and website integration

Groobitz is an email discussion list host, similar in concept to Yahoo Groups, but with a few added features. We have an email processing engine and database already operational (written in C#), but we now need a web UI to allow users and admins to do various tasks. The first phase of this project is nearing completion, after which we will have all HTML and CSS for all pages already prepared. In this second phase of the project, your task will be to develop a Web API that interacts with our email processing engine and database using Entity Framework (Code First) and exposes the necessary endpoints for the web site to function, as well as to integrate the web site with this API. It is necessary to have this decoupling, since some of our customers want to develop their own branded "skin" for their web sites, which will make calls to our API without using our web site at all.
