Generate Windows executable using Wix toolset

We are Roaming Technologies and we sell our Windows based application called Screen Sentry.
This application is used by our customers to ensure that when they mount a computer with a driver facing screen they are able to comply with Australian road traffic rules. In brief the application currently reads movement from a proprietary USB dongle that has an embedded 3 axis accelerometer. Once movement is detected the Screen Sentry applies a 'blank screen' or only access to those programs allowed under law such as navigation and aids to scheduling.
This application has evolved over 7+ years and this upgrade is to ensure compatibility with Win10 and discontinue the use of the USB accelerometer to detect movement an instead use the embedded GPS in the device.
The code is housed on a secure Microsoft Azure server and during the course of the development the Wix toolset ([login to view URL]) has been installed into the codebase to create the installation package. Despite many hours of development work our new software engineer is unable to configure the toolset to produce an executable. We are therefore looking for expert assistance in the use of the toolset so that we can produce an application for testing ASAP and into the future. We estimate this to be approx 1 days work
