Develop C# ASP.NET MVC Web Application

Hello, I'm looking for someone to develop an extensible C# ASP.NET MVC Web Application to initially facilitate date entry of my business objects.  I've created a SQL Server database schema to illustrate the business objects I would like to maintain in this application.  The database schema provided is just an example though and can certainly be changed as necessary.

Application should be developed with the following in mind:

-Adaptive & Mobile-Friendly

-Developed in a way to facilitate future application features and goals (see list below)

-SQL Server Express

-C#

-Latest security standards to protect sensitive data

I like the DevExpress ASP.NET bootstrap controls and am interested in potentially using them.

Project Requirements:

1.) Create initial website UI and data entry screens for the following objects:

      Framework:

      -Application Settings

      -Users

      -Permissions

      -Roles

      -Groups

      Common:

      -Clients

      Connection:

      -Client Servers

      -Connection Types

      -Server Types

2.) Implement authentication and authorization.

      -Support database authentication or external ldap authentication on individual users

      -Password reset for database authentication accounts

      -Permissions mechanism should be extendable for any future application features

Future application features and goals (to keep in mind during development):

               -Web Services to faciliate integration with other systems

               Help Desk Module

                  -Assign and track client projects

                  -Assign and track client tickets

                  -Knowledgebase

                  -Client portal to track status of projects and tickets

                  Generate reports
