C++ Dev, Familiar with Stock Trading Basics needed (LightSpeed) -- 2

Please read Again Since part of the Job have been done By Our Developer : We are looking for a C++ developer to build an App of Software to receive headlines from a news provider and send trades via LightSpeed Broker API and measure the time it takes from receiving the news to place trades. A simple user interface will be required. The bot or user interface will be running from a VPS Server. Access will be provides (In private will Some more explanation and details). Strong Knowledge in - C++ Programming - API Basic knowledge of the following is needed: - Stock Trading - Git & Github - TCP Communication - Good written English skills The project will be divided into milestones with small steps needed: 40H of work at 20/h + ($ 500 Once Bot is tested and 100% functional) Completed means the bot has 5 business days to test the user's strategy after being finished, (as it is a strategy where the bot only makes entry orders and never exit orders, it will only require 5 days of testing between the hours from {4 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. EST} and from {4 p.m. to 8 p.m} Monday to Friday (Non-Holydays) Note: The remaining amount of $500 will be released once the following conditions are met to ensure that the Bot works 100% without errors. 1- After the bot has worked 5 days without interruption due to some malfunction. 2- Each interruption will be taken as the first day of trial testing bot 3- During the Bot operation test period, the working hours for the arrangement will be assumed by the developer. Reason: (The trial period is supposed to be the period where during development the bot should already be working 100%) 4- The following days and hours are considered a test day: from {4 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. EST} and from {4 p.m. to 8 p.m} Monday to Friday, except on holidays. 5- All the files have to be organized and given to the owner (me ) in a way that another programmer can check and continue the job.
