I need a small program that will read a text file with item numbers into an array. Then “ask” our suppliers web service for price and quantity on stock. Store the result in the array, and finally write the array to a new text file. The program should not have any GUI just a console program with no parameters. I need to compile it to DotNet 3.5. And when the project is finished I will have a copy of the Visual Studio Project. The input and output files should be hardcoded as: C:\files\[login to view URL] C:\files\[login to view URL] The input/output files format is: (the files have no headers) and you must use Encoding("IBM865") when you read/write: The input and output file format are semicolon separated csv Input: ERP-INFO; ERP-linenbr.;Item number; item number 2 Example: H714791; 90000; A9F04206; 003696911734 H714791; 100000; CA3-KN31BD; H714791; 110000; CXX-KN3XXX; Output file: ERP-INFO; ERP-linenbr.;Item number 1; item number 2; qty on stock; price; error info H714791; 90000; A9F04206; 003696911734;222;100; H714791; 100000; CA3-KN31BD;10;123 H714791; 110000; CXX-KN3XXX;;;Error could not find the item number Program flow: 1. Read the input file to an array 2. Loop through the array and: A: Ask the web service using “Item number 1” with the method NettoPrice for the price, if found store the price in the array. B: Ask the web service using “Item number 1” with the method StockAvailability for the quantity available , if found store the price in the array. C: If the supplier couldn’t find the “item number 1” try using “item number 2” D: If the supplier couldn’t find any of the item numbers, write an error in the “error info” filed. 3.
