Your requirement is of a Memory allocator and deallocator. The scheme is actually dynamic memory allocation. At run time the program request required memory for execution and task completion and releases or frees the allocated memory once done. In C, we use malloc() and free() function for dynamic memory allocation. In c++ we do the same with new and delete operators. I your project ,you require a Memory Allocator that uses malloc() and free() functions of C. Also The allocator will request large chunks of memory from the OS, and manage all the bookkeeping and memory efficiently. I have been working on C/C++/C#.net/java from the last 17 years. Kindly provide more details in chat of how you are going to make use of the developed Memory Allocator.

Allocating a large chunk of memory is a piece of cake. The main problem is how to free it and manage that allocated memory. And that needs some technique and only experienced developer can successfully manage it. I am sure I can do this
