I want an application that creats a local proxy [login to view URL] so if i put that in the browser proxy settings then the requests will be redirected to the app, The app will fetch the request normally, Edit it, and get it back, so basically i want to add my custom html to every website the user visits.

This is quite Simple, & need to be done ASAP. i don't need to see bids more than $300.

Additional features may be requested with extra compenstations.

Note: if you're familiar with fiddlr 2 then you know what i mean. Please write "PROXIFIED" in your bid to be considered.
