Need a program that will find duplicate lines in a text file with an option to delete the duplicate lines. Program will ignore upper and lower case and run on a windows system. If the option is not selected to delete then the program will dump all duplicates into another text file. If the option is selected to delete duplicates then it will delete all duplicate lines leaving one line so there are no more duplicates. Here is an example text: search engine search engine optimization good search engine optimization Search engine search ENGINE The program would detect "Search engine" and "search ENGINE" as duplicate lines. Program if delete wasnt selected would dump "search engine" "Search engine" and "search ENGINE" into a text file. If delete was selected it would delete only "Search engine" and "search ENGINE".
