Debug Excel VB Macro

Sheets: Input, HistPrices, Calculations, Results and ErroReport were initial pages. Others pages were added later.
Macro goes to yahoo finance and pulls in stock symbols.
Macro works in windows xp and vista but not in windows 7 environment. Also getting error with symbols missing in yahoo finance. I need the program to:
1) Run in Windows 7
2) Missing symbols in yahoo finance should be and placed in "ErrorReport" sheet and continue working.
3) Edit x-axis of Chart1 to show "dates" as well as the numbers.

This is about permission issue. I am able to configure this works on Windows 7 by setting-up on certain library required for this macro.
