Sr. .Net, C# Developer / Technical Support Person Needed

This is a development / technical support position for our desktop application. The person will be responsible for adding functionality to the current system, as well as providing technical support using Webex remote access to our customers. The work timings need to be between 10AM - 7PM Central Standard Time [1hr for lunch/dinner] [Dallas, Texas]. We are hiring this person on a full time basis. The candidate is expected to devote full time to this job. Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills in English are required as the person will be interacting with end customers. You will need to have a US phone number [972 area code] that you can receive and make calls out, and high speed broad band access. The budget is $1300.00 per month max. Programming/Development Skills: Visual Studio 2005 , specifically C#.NET Desktop applications. Understanding of basic OOP techniques with focus on code reuse through classes. Knowledge of Interfaces and WebBrowser control is required. SQL Server 2000/2005 - DB Development including creation of Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, User Defined Functions , Indexes, Triggers, DTS Packages, and SQL Server Agent. Understanding of Database Normalization practices. MS-Access - DB development including table creation and indexing, Queries, Importing from CSV/Flat File/XLS files HTML - Ability to interpret and write HTML, specifically knowledge of the HTML DOM. T-SQL - Ability to write and interpret SQL Statements within SQL Server and MS-Access. Ability to use Cursors, Joins, Update/Delete statements JavaScript - Ability to logically interpret JS functions. Other Skills: Excel Automation using C#. Ability to manipulate or create spreadsheets from C#. OS - Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional, Windows XP 64-bit. TXT File - Ability to decipher and work with Flat Files and CSV Files. FTP - Knowledge of FTP protocol for posting/accessing files from within code.
