Design a Training Center Building which looks like a ship

Hi. I'm an architect and I'm interested in your project. I can spot some problems with your design from the quick look I have taken on the pdf : why stairs in the middle don't go all the way up to 3rd floor? This is critical issue. Another thing easily noticeable is Why the lifts are attached to the building? It's noticeable that they were something like a last minute insert- that doesn't look good either. Lot's of problems in the connections between types of areas and having to cross important rooms to get to different areas is not good also. So, a lot of improvement to be done. I am not a freelancer or a person that does freelance work. I am a sole-practitioner architect. By no means do I feel any sense of superiority over those that provide services in that manner, but I won’t feel inferior to architectural firms that have multiple employees, multiple principals and a copy machine. I am here to set the record straight for me and the community of my fellow sole-practitioner architect friends. I commissioned by a group of people or individuals who wanted well designed structures. These structures are not built just for aesthetic purposes but with functionality. I might also be commissioned to look over construction plans to make sure every specification is met. I design new buildings, extensions or alterations to existing buildings and advise on the restoration and conservation of old properties. I can work on individual buildings or on large redevelopment schemes, and can be responsible for the design of the surrounding landscape and spaces. Working closely with clients and users, I make sure that projected designs match requirements and are functional, safe and economical. I usually control a project from start to finish and work with a number of construction professionals, including surveyors and engineers, producing drawings and specifications that the construction team works to.
