Lounge Design for Cigar Retail Store

Existing Cigar retail store needs to transform a section of the store into a contemporary lounge. We are looking for an interior designer that can help us achieve the final design within our budget. Outside the USA bidders, please understand that we have to be able to recreate your design (color scheme, décor, lighting fixtures, and ALL other details provide by your design concept) with products we can purchase in the USA and within our budget. Must be able to provide the following requirement: • Paint colors must be provide by standard industry color matrix and easy to locate by a US hardware stores (Lowe’s, Home Depot or Ace Hard Wares) • Location of wall to be painted, trims, or any additional detail needed to recreate color scheme of the design • All décor fixtures must be provided by brand names, sku number, or product number and available at a US hardware store(Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hard wares) or on line store (link and product item number will be required). I must be able to purchase ALL the décor in the USA. • 3D application renderings and floor plan drawings with full layout are required to recreate the designer concept. • Realistic 3D Renderings for interior highlighting all elements of interior design (ceilings, lighting, furniture and finishes). NOTE: Winning bidder will make changes to design if we are not satisfied Escrow will only be released after all work is completed to our satisfaction Show portfolio or other work with your bid. This is only one of many projects our company is starting this year and winning bidder might become part of designing consultation team so please bid honestly.
