I am looking for a freelance writer who can help me with an ongoing small project, which involves writing short articles(approx 500 words each) on the subjects of:
- Living frugally
- Managing debt
- Foreclosure news
- Mortgage modification
- Debt settlement
Compensation is per article. I am looking for a steady stream of articles on these subjects on an ongoing basis.
I have a tremendous amount of reference material on these subjects and can provide a steady stream of ideas for specific topics for each article.
Nonetheless, I'm looking for someone who can be self-sufficient in this endeavor.
I want an excellent content writer who can give me excellent articles. Excellent articles means article that are error free and grammatically perfect. You need to give me a sample article on a topic of mine, the best writer will be selected for the work. You should provide at least 5 excellent within 24 hours as per my requirements. Payment will be calculated on word basis, like $1 for 100 words, so if you write 430 words, I will give you $4, and $5 for 500 and above up to 550, if I need above 550, we will decide the rate on mutual consent. Please, please and please no outsourcing, I know most of the experienced freelancers out here take a project and outsource the work from some cheap writers, and hence I need a fresh writer who works himself or a couple but not a team please.
