Delivery of: Concept drawings and design for an outdoor deck / balcony for a small residential house. This should include: A. Proposed placement of stairs to lower / ground level (to use minimal space, consider spiral staircase) B. Placement of balustrade / railing C. Other items per the brief provided D. CAD / 2D and 3D drawings To assist, I will provide: 1a. Design brief showing approx. measurements and placement (attached) 1b. Existing structure / design, for reference only (attached) 2. CAD drawing (rvt format) of existing house and structure (can be used as basis for further CAD drawing) 3. I am available for discussion though your development of you concept drawings and design If interest, please can you send me some examples/samples of a similar project you have completed for review.
