I have two projects I need done. For them to be complete, I need engineering plans I can take to the county to be certified so they will issue a building permit. (I live in the U.S. in Idaho, Bonneville County, if that matters.) On the first job, I have had an architect draw up plans for a shop, and I need them engineering certified and stamped for approval. The architect originally thought the county would approve his architect stamp, but they said with possible wind sheer issues, they want a certified engineer stamp on them. The second job is not as complete. It is for a house. I have drawn up the plans in Chief Architect, and saved them to a dwg format for Autocad. So I will need the engineering plans drawn up from that and prepared for certification. I'd be happy to send you more information including drawings, etc. I will attach my dwg files of the house.
