Need 3D Animator to do rework on a bad animation

am looking for somebody who could rework the 3d animation done by another developer here @ freelancer, the character is rigged and i have the development files. need somebody to rework and make it better. am on tight budget as i already spent $250 on it, could spend another $100 at the max. voiceover used on the existing video is text to voice which is not sounding good. so need to edit that as well.
